Wedding Guest Outfits (That Aren’t Dresses)

One of my best friends is getting married in a few months and I’ve already started looking into what I’d like to wear (outfits are literally the only thing I don’t procrastinate). I was leaving Anthropologie the other day and realized that I hadn’t looked at anything but dresses and figured I may have missed out on a cute outfit. That got me thinking and it dawned on me that I, like a  lot of my friends, have only ever worn dresses to weddings. So, for those of you who don’t like wearing dresses or are looking to shake things up, below I’ve gather five of my favorite wedding guest dress alternatives.

Plum Jumpsuit from H&M, $29.99

I adore the scallops on this romper. It gives such a feminine vibe, and the open back adds a nice little touch. I’d pair this with a statement necklace and wedges

North Beach Jumpsuit, $118

I am absolutely obsessed with this color. I think it will look so good on all skin tones and is a great transitional piece for fall weddings as well. I’d pair this look with strappy sandals and a clutch

Short Jumpsuit with Embroidered Sleeves, $49.90

The stitching on this jumpsuit is so pretty and adds such a nice detail. I’d pair this with a pair of heels and a belt.

Bardot Bella Jumpsuit, $129

I love that this is such a formal looking jumpsuit. It would be perfect for a dressier evening wedding. I would pair this with black heels, a low bun and a pair of statement earrings.

Dacko Romper, $229

This romper is so fun and feminine. I adore the paisley pattern and think it would look so chic with nude heels and a nude clutch.

Shopping for outfits for a wedding can be a stressful ordeal, but hopefully I’ve given you a couple more options. Don’t be afraid to branch out from dresses when attending a wedding!
